Whatsup everyone! Happy Friday! I hope you all had an awesome week and have great plans for the weekend! I know I am fired up for this weekend to be here. So I got some good info for you today. BOOM Let’s do this!
First on the list, an UNREAL cardio routine that is sure to leave you on your keester! We performed this circuit this morning at UT and it took me about 55 minutes to complete.
Burpees: 20 Reps all the way down to 1
Butterfly Sit Ups: 1 Rep all the way up to 20
Box Jumps: 20 Reps all the way down to 1
Pushups: 1 Rep all the way up to 20
Body Weight Squats: 20 all the way down to 1
To make this all a little more clear, I will explain. You start by doing 20 burpees, you then do 1 BFSU, 20 box jumps, 1 pushup, and finally 20 squats. That’s a round, next round you do 19 Burpees, 2 BFSU, 19 Box Jumps, 2 Pushups, and 19 Squats. You do this until you have reached the limit of either 20 reps or 1 rep depending on the exercise. Believe me; you’ll want a towel and a lot of water for this circuit!
So at work, Jenna from http://fitgirlsmartini.com/ convinced me to purchase some Apple Cider Vinegar. I have heard that this is like a super supplement for your health so today I ran out and purchased some. I’m very excited to see how things go with this new “super supp.” I took my first serving today actually of 1 TBSP mixed with lemon juice. BAM what a wake up call lol. The taste is veryyyy potent haha.
Finally, lets take a look at todays weight training workout.

This workout was a legit killer! I completed it in 18:53 but MAN did it take a lot out of me! The kips gave me a nasty pump though if I do say so myself 🙂
Last but not least, I think I am going to purchase a “Flip” hand held video camera and ad some video logs into this blog. Any thoughts? Good idea, bad idea, no comment?
Lets keep hustling guys! HEADING TO THE TOP!

Braggs is awesome! Doing a shot daily is great for you. I’ve heard having video on your blog is beneficial. Go for it!
Thanks for the insight! I’m excited for the added Braggs as well!
I believe that avoiding prepared foods would be
the first step in order to lose weight. They can taste fine, but
prepared foods contain very little nutritional value, making you try to eat more in order to have enough energy to get through the day.
If you are constantly eating these foods, switching
to cereals and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to
have more power while consuming less. Great blog post.
Thanks! Yeah I definitely agree with you! Awesome viewpoint 🙂
What is on your lists of healthy cereals?
Hey! Sorry for the late reply. I don’t eat too much cereal but I will answer your question with this. When I do eat cereal, I try to keep to the most condense things. That meaning I won’t choose a cereal with a ton of ingrediants and/or one that is loaded with sugar (like many cereals are). Try to stick to cereals that only have a few listed ingredients and stick to whole wheat as there carb source. So examples of this could be Post’s Shredded Wheat Cereal, Any of the Kashi cereals, Raisin Bran.
The tough part about cereal is sticking to the actual serving size’s. For alot of these cereals, the sugar content will hover around 10 grams which isn’t that bad but that is within a 1 cup serving. Not many people think about measuring cereal while they dumb clusters of it within there bowl. So basically to reiterate my underlying point, choose a cereal with not too many ingredients (the fewer the better), low in sugar, main carb source as whole grain, and watch the serving size. Consider all though facts and you’ll be good to go! Hope this helped! 🙂
Yeah? “Nature’s Path” has these wheat flakes I like to mix up with Kashi’s Honey Almond: great crunch. As you chew, the wheat flakes alone, you can feel the breakdown of the food in your mouth. Taking a break from processed food for a while though. I have this idea of using complex carbs as cereal: bulgur, quinoa. Check into my bog for update.
Can’t wait! I’ll make sure to check back to see your results! Goodluck 🙂
I love videos!!! Go for it!!!
Awesome! I’m definitely going to look into a price range for those
