Quick post here before I head to bed. So my bud Colin from Uberbeastmode.wordpress.com posted some recent progress pics in his last post. I figured I’d throw some up myself since it has been awhile.
I do CrossFit and olympic lifts 6 days a week now, no more isolated lifts. Weighing in at 182 and roughly 5’9″
So I have gotten up to about 300 grams of carbs a day. My eating schedule is pretty nutty so most days I don’t end up having a big meal until dinner time. Hood’s NONFAT Froyo has helped me tremendously in obtaining my carb intake.
