Goodmorning world. Just chillen after Ulitmate Training this morning. We had a beastly cardio workout this AM and it only took 17 minutes! Anyone sound interested?? Gice this a try…
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.
Overhead Tire press
Pretty sick workout for sure, you get out of it what you put into it. Try and keep count for all exercises and beat your number of reps every round. First round I pulled off 161 reps. Second Round I pulled 165 reps and the third round I ripped out 175. Thought I was going to puke after round three lol. Give it a try for a good shredfest!
Just had my protein waffles and am hydrating adequatly now. Deadlifts and squats in about 1 hour. Let’s go! #Beastmode!
Hey everyone! So this morning I perfomred my usual UT session at 5 AM. Had a really solid 45 minute cardio blast that consisted of 45 pound plate pushes, burpees, kettlebell trusters, and battle ropes. About 3 hours after that, I hit shoulders. For my workout, I hit a combo of the @Musclepharmpres shoulder workout of the day and Matt Acton’s Shoulder Mass workout. It was a pretty nasty workout.
It went like such:
Military Press 5 reps Superset
Arnold press 15 reps for 3 sets
One Arm Lateral DB Raise 5 reps superset
Full lateral DB Raise 15 reps 3 sets
Front DB Raise 5 Reps superset
Full Frontal Raise 15 reps 3 sets
Rear Delt Flys 5 reps Superset
Facepulls 15 reps 3 sets
Heavy Upright nows 8-12 superset
Bus driver raises 8-12 reps 3 sets
It was certainly a solid workout if I do say so myself. Give it a try and see how you like it. Let me know what you think!!
Hey everyone! Whats going on! Just finished some dinner and time to finally kick back and relax for the night. I smashed Back and Biceps this morning then hit the gym again tonight around 3:45 to hit the @MusclePharmpres Turkey Day Fat Burning workout of the day. Good stuff, real good stuff. The workout went like such: 5 minute walk with the treadmill set at a 10%-12% incline with a speed of 3.5-4 followed by a 5 minute run at a speed of 6.5-8 and 0 incline. Repeat this for atleast 30 minutes. I did 45 minutes burning around 600 calories! Definitely kept me focused with the toogle of the settings. Give the workout a try and see if you like it!
Some good stuff coming up, stay posted…. 🙂
Goodmorning everyone. Happy Sunday! Whats going on. Little scenario here lol. So on most Sundays I take off from the gym, kick back and relax, and cheat on my diet. Well since Thursday of this week I’ve basically been doing just that, kicking back and cheating lol. Still training, but the diets been awol. To combat the Sunday syndrome, I woke up at 4:30 AM this morning and smashed legs before work. Awesome session, repped 285 this morning which was nasty. Now I mentally feel like I don’t want to give in to the Turkey day leftovers remaining in my fridge. I have 2 clean meals packed here while at work and things are looking good.
How’s everyones Sunday going? Anyone training?
Nasty 1000 rep workout from @musclepharmpres. Love’d it!! Give it a try link above!
Goodmorning everyone, happy Saturday. I hope everyones having a great day thus far and continues to enjoy the day. I’m about to hit the gym, yesterday I did shoulders and traps. With today being Saturday I normally go a little easier on the lifts to give my body a good portion of time to recover. Come Monday, back at it hard and heavy. I’m going to hit up the Musclepharmpres WOD and I’ll link it below. Give it a try should be a good one im excited.
Also I started supplementing with isolated Arginine. I’m just experimenting to see if the added arg can increase a massive pump 🙂 lets see!
Keep hustling everyone!!
3 post in like 4 hours lol. I’m here at work going stir crazy so I figure I’ll keep shouting out! So just a quick update on some upcoming plans I have. So for the past 2 1/2 months or so I’ve been performing alot of distance cardio for preparation of Spartan Race, Rebel Race, Rugged Maniac, and yesterdays Turkey Trot. Well now the cold weather is upon my region so unfortunately the races mostly vanish till about April. With the cold months, tradition holds that you bulk. I’m not like tradition, so I’m not trying to bulk, I’d rather live shredded. So with that being said and the race season being over, I’m going to start performing all high intensity cardio daily or 4-5 times a week to see how my body and overall conditioning is effected. I will be very curious as to how this goes. I’ll do my best to post my workouts and body shots to keep you guys filled it.
Any high intensity workouts you guys know of let me know and I’ll try to knock them out!
