So yesterday was a little active recovery day for me. I did a nice little 3 mile run in the AM before breakfast followed by another 3 mile jog done after lunch performed with ankle weights on. Man those ankle weights make things so much tougher LOL!
No heavy lifting though, just some cardio. I did get to get in a little iron though during my day. Cleverly enough I suppose you could say I HIIT the IRON pretty hard (atleast some of the time….)
I had a BLAST at the batting cages. I haven’t gone to the cages in quite some time so it felt great to get back. My hands are all chewed up from batting with no gloves on but all in all it was awesome. NOTE! This is in the “very fast baseball pitch” cage hahaha and judging by the video I’m WAY infront of the ball, tiss tiss. I’m just wondering if Colin from UberBeastMode has any open spots on his team’s roster!
I got some Max OT Chest and Triceps today, what are you all training!?
