I hope your week went well. Friday is upon us and it is time to CRUSH today so we can roll into the weekend. I got deadlifts on tap, what bodypart is everyone else training??
So here’s whats new. My upcoming Spartan race….15 DAYS AWAY!! I am literally going out of my mind just thinking about it. I cannot wait. I have been dreaming about this race since I crossed the finish line at last years event. 2 more weeks until its go time. Till then, a lotttt of work still needs to be done.
In other news, my muscle ups are getting better.
I’m pissed I failed on the second one on camera!!!!! I find that I can only do about 8-10 before my shoulders and rotator cuffs get exhausted. I need to keep practicing them for sure.
