Quick post for today! Just throwing out a little information on what’s happening in my world. Had a great Spartan Unleashed class this morning. A lot of hard work shown which I love. Also, tomorrow is my “refeed” day so I am UBER excited about that.
As you know I am trying to work some popular Olympic lifts into my weekly routine. This week I focused on the Overhead Squat. Yesterday I went after really buttoning down the form with a 4 sets by 5 reps scheme. Check it out!

Here we got some tuna, pinto beans, and chopped spinach! I topped it off with a little garlic and herb Mrs. Dash seasoning. Give this plate a try if you’d like 🙂
