  1. Very interesting! I’m definitely interested to see how the test goes, and it’s a great idea to do this kind of thing from time to see how your body reacts. With my low carb thing coming to an end soon I was planning on getting after oatmeal a lot more. Might make for some good research, actually.

  2. Keep us up to date on how you are feeling. I am on week 4 of cutting out grains, sugar, dairy and legumes and I am finding I feel less bloated. I miss bread at times because for lunch I loved to have a sandwich but I am finding new recipes to try and am enjoying the change.

    Good luck with going oatmeal free for a bit.
