I’m getting so excited! Big opportunities and events are nearing!
Currently I’m sitting down at my desk studying as much as I can before my CrossFit workshop this weekend! I am so pumped to attend this event and I am sure I am going to learn a TON. The exam is Sunday evening so hopefully this studying pays off and I ace the exam (fingers crossed)
Can you feel my heart pounding?! All my efforts right now are going towards these two events. Tomorrow my “True Strength Friday” workout will be filled with heavy deadlifts and rope climbs to prep for both the Tough Mudder and Powerlifting meet. I will also be performing sprints tomorrow and all next week until Thursday to really get my cardiovascular system AS stretched out as it can be at this point. NOTE: I have been performing steady state cardio 3-4 times a week leading up to this.
