Hello everyone! Welcome to another edition of TRUE STRENGTH FRIDAY!
I apologize for slacking on the posts this week, I was dealing with my final exams this week at school. Good news though, today I finished my last exam! Ya!!!!! Summer 🙂 It sounds so weird saying and thinking that. It really hasn’t sunk in yet but I can assure you it will haha. Anyways, let’s catch up!
I had a nice week of workouts and meals. Monday Bench, Tuesday Squats, Wednesday Shoulders, Thursday Deadlifts and Back and ofcourse today TRUESTRENGTH!
After my first final this morning I sat down with Tombo to enjoy my pre-workout meal. As I sat there and conversed with Tom, it hit me!
I needed to get these ideas down on paper!

25 Situps on the Glute Hamstring Raise
This workout was BRUTAL! Tombo and I sweated through it painfully and angrily haha. I’m so happy now though because I get to sit back and relax tonight and prepare for my second SPARTAN UNLEASHED class tomorrow. It should be a really good time and I have a great workout written up for tomorrow. Not to mention the Bruins later and Mothers day this weekend! So excited 🙂

Again form check with the squats. Also, I started using a belt this week for the first time! I must say this DEFINITELY helped my lower back and I felt like I was alot more in control of the weights. I will certainly be using a lifting belt again for suspended lower back exercises. Anyone here use a weightlifting belt?
