Hey everyone! I hope your Monday went swimmingly. The first of the week is over and now it is time to shake of the case of “Mondanas” and battle the rest of the week! Let’s Do This!
I have two nutritional topic stories I would like to share with you all. So yesterday was my rest day. On rest days I like to lower my carb intake. Well I had a big plate of shrimp at lunch unexpectedly and ended up hitting my protein requirement really early. Only needing to hit my fat requirement and still needing to replace my normal carb caloric intake, I started feeding up on all natural peanut butter. As odd as it may sound, I ended up eating a WHOLE JAR of PB. I was somewhat shocked when I realized like 15 scoops later that I had devoured the whole jar. Hey I hit my caloric intake right?? LOL
With it being Monday, another week is down on my upcoming schedule! I am getting so excited with these numbers nearing!
