Hey Everyone! Happy Friday!
So as mentioned in my post earlier today, today was Tom and I’s TRUE STRENGTH Friday workout. The workout regime this session was plain and simple…”Just 50″ As in just 50 Deadlifts with a heavy weight!
I started the workout with 315 and after about 6 reps I realized that I would have still be there trying to complete 50 reps LOL. Tom crushed it though! Kid is an animal!!!!
In other news, I FINISHED MY UNDERGRAD COLLEGE COURSES! This past Thursday was my last day of actual course work. Next week I have finals and I follow that up with graduation. AHHH It hit me as I sat in my car in between class gobbling on my chicken and quinoa that I won’t have to sit in my car and gobble on my chicken and quinoa any more! YAAAYYY
And tomorrow morning is my first class for SPARTAN UNLEASHED! I am super excited about this. I have had the workout drawn up for days and I am seriously counting down the minutes till we get to start the workout and my series of classes. I hope that everyone enjoys what I have to offer and seriously, you give me 3-4 weeks and I WILL have you prepared to CRUSH a Spartan Race. Tomorrow morning it all begins! I fueled up properly tonight with a well balanced dinner.………..JUST KIDDING! My parents and family ate that. I dined out with a nice plate of leafy spinach, 4OZ chicken breast, 3 whole eggs, 2 cups of broccoli and 1/2 tbsp of olive oil to cook the dish in. I also finished with 3 tbsp peanut butter 😉 It may not look pretty, but it tasted great.
