Tombo and I got to the gym for our nice “Vanity For Sanity” Arms day. Today I picked out Cory Gregory aka “MusclePharmPres” High-Low Arms workout. This workout was awesome! Massive Pump!!!!
Skull Crushers 20 Reps
Straight Bar Curls 6-8 Reps
Overhead Rope Extension 6-8 Reps
Preacher Curls 20 Reps
Bench Dips 20 Reps
Incline DB Curls 6 Reps
BW Skullcrushers 8 Reps

After my food, I had the pleasure of taking my first client through a workout! Now granted this was my younger cousin, I still got a great feel for what this work force is like and I had a blast doing it. Rick crushed the workout I threw his way. He tackled deadlifts, tireflips, dog sled pushes, a 6 round 30 second interval rope battle and finally box jumps paired with the agility latter.
I got some hill sprints looking me right in the eyes right now and after that and a few meals its UFC FIGHT NIGHT! Should be a good time 🙂
