Happy Saturday EVERYONE! BOOM We did it. Nothing beats a nice Saturday and the comfort that comes with it 🙂
As many of you may or may not know, I have a lot of motto’s I quote daily….to say the least. One of the mottos that I preach often reads “Earn Your Sunday’s.” What this quote means to me is how during the week, we are putting in work. Work meaning school work, office work, gym work, and the daily grind of life. On Saturday’s you have one more workout ahead of you, here in-lies another one of my motto’s being “Vanity For Sanity” with my Saturday arm workout. Once you complete that Arms workout and look back on the week past, you ask yourself if you have truly earned that nearing Sunday. Sunday being the day of rest, you need to put in full force effort during the WORK week to really earn that restful Sunday. If you haven’t put in the work you know you are capable of during that work week, then you haven’t EARNED that Sunday. To me, this is just a fun accountability game I play in my mind. It makes me feel more relaxed and peaceful when that Sunday finally rolls around. Just my train of thought.
Tombo, my new partner in crime, was very grateful today when he learned that he EARNED his first Sunday following our workout today 🙂
Anyways, let’s talk about some Training!
Today was the beautiful day of “Vanity For Sanity” as mentioned above. For our tool of destruction, I picked out Cory Gregory “MusclePharmPres” workout entitled “Certified Gunz.” This workout was beastly! To sum it up in 2 words: VOLUME + REPS!
On a side note, I tried my free sample of “UnCut” from Applied Nutriceuticals. This product was really solid to be truthful. This was one of the first times I had taken a pill form pre-workout and I can truthfully say it didn’t disappoint. I was extremely focused and the pump was AWESOME! Check this stuff out if your interested.

After the workout I had to get gas for my MuscleMobile (What I call my wittle Honda Civic) and as I rolled down the window to talk to the vendor……. POST ARMS I CAN’T HELP IT! Kinda stinks though because my car doesn’t have AC and summer is quickly approaching LOL
Finally, home. Time to refuel the ailing muscles and Momma happen to be on the grill 🙂 Here we have a nice dish of leafy spinach, broccoli and oddly enough 4.20 OZ 85%/15% ground beef. 4.20 OZ on 4/20 man my priorities are twisted for a 21 year old haha
