Post workout, I’m having my normal meal of egg whites and oatmeal. Check out my brothers take on that post workout window… Chinese “Won-Ton” Pasta covered with 3 whole eggs and drenched with soy sauce LOL. Love this kid, definitely hitting that post workout carb requirement haha.
Anyways, heading into work soon for a nice night shift then after I get out of work at 9 going to crush a quick HIIT cardio session to keep up with my cardio protocol.
