Had a great day at school, in between classes I got to go back to my BARLEY carb source! Awesome change of pace. Here we have featured a 4 OZ diced up chicken breast, 1 serving of barley, 1 cup of broccoli, and 1 handful spinach in a NEW Tupperware 🙂 Then for dinner, my AWESOME mother was making chicken parm, knowing that it wouldn’t fit my diet, she made me a side plate of 12 OZ chicken breast seasoned with peppers and spinach! I was so happy. I love my family, I am blessed 🙂
Speaking of family, my brother hit up the gym with me again! He also paid for 1 month of a membership! Yessir its GO time aka GROW time! Legs and Shoulders today, let’s check this out!

After I finished cardio I devised a new plan. To add on to my endurance and more so prep with my Spartan Race prep, I drew up a simple “DO 100 BURPEES AS FAST AS POSSIBLE” Plan. I was a little upset LOL 100 burpees took me 7 minutes and 25 seconds This will drop! Post Burpees haha
