  1. Have you tried making fish cutlets with tuna + oats + sweet potatoes? I wonder how that would taste. I would think it’ll be a sweetish type of fish cutlet. Just because you are reduced to eating those things, it doesn’t mean you have to eat them in their original form. Just a suggestion 🙂

    Update us on your VT training. It’ll be interesting to see your VO2 Max changes! Definitely sounds like you have a huge challenge with the intense HIIT. All the best!
