Hello everyone! Happy Saturday! I hope you all had an awesome Friday and are well on your way to making today great!
I have awesome news, tomorrow I take my exam to (hopefully) become a certified personal trainer! AHHH I can’t wait I am so excited. I have been studying hard and practicing the practical portion of the exam on my family for the past few hours LOL. I can’t wait to go in there tomorrow and KNOCK THIS OUT!
In other news, I have had some pretty interesting meals in the past 24 hours. Last night for dinner, I decided to get really creative. I pulled out my magic bullet and tossed a 1 TBSP of ALL natty PB into it, followed by 3 whole eggs, 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder, and finally a little cinnamon and blended it all up. I then tossed this on the oven and allowed it to rise and then flipped it. This created a pancakey object lol. After this was finished, I took it off the stove and covered the pancakey with 1/2 TBSP all natty pb and sprinkled more cinnamon on it. This was actually really good as odd as it sounds haha. I have a picture but it doesn’t look too appetizing so I will refrain from posting it haha.
This morning after my morning workout, I took my two normal breakfast foods and MORPHED them! What do I mean? Allow me to explain.
I cooked my plate of egg whites on the stove while mircowaving my oatmeal. After the completition of both, I mashed up my egg whites and poured them into my oats. I then mixed these together and WALLAH!
So simple yet so AWESOME! Best part was this actually took me about 10 or so minutes to eat which was a great change from the normal 2 minutes my food takes to get into my belly LOL. Give this a try some time if you don’t already.
In terms of training, I am loving this 1-2-3 Lean Program! For some reason, hitting muscle groups twice a week just gets me AMPED up! I love going heavy in the early portion of the week and then really burning the muscle later in the week with higher reps. For example, today’s workout called for sets of 16-20 reps. My question: Who does that? My answer, I DO THAT because I want results no one else has!
Back, Biceps, Traps 3-4 sets of 16-20 reps
Lat Pull Downs
Reverse Grip Pulldowns
Straight Arm Pulldowns
Smith Machine Behind Back Shrugs
Incline DB Curl
High Cable Curls (or Hercules curls as I like to call them)
Rope Cable Curls
Great workout! Give this workout a shot for a CRAZY pump!
Anyways, I need to get back to studying for this exam tomorrow. Have an awesome day and best of luck in all your endeavors 🙂 If you have any questions or try this workout, let me know! Big things to come!
