Hey everyone! Sorry for the late post! Good news though!
I have been at a local athletic club all day taking part in my 4 day personal training testing. Day 1 went awesome and I can’t wait to knock out the rest of these days ahead. Following a completion of these 4 days and PASSING the exam ofcourse I will need to complete a 30 hour internship and then I’m good to go! I can’t wait 🙂
Fun little dish I spiced up, turning boring into beautiful! What is it?! 4 OZ shredded chicken + 1 handful leafy spinach + 1 cup Broccoli + few splashed of Lemon Juice + Mrs. Dash Salt Free Garlic and Herb spice all on the fry pan! BAM so good. Chow town..population me 🙂
Another quick note, I just squeezed on the easy 545 calories ever! Why you may ask, allow me to explain.
I don’t like to eat too too much late at night. Returning home at 9:30 PM tonight, I really didn’t feel like hitting the sheets with my tummy stuffed. I still needed to hit my calorie maintanance/Macros so it was time to get creative. Let’s break down this equation.
2 Cups Broccol…50 Cals
1 Handful leafy spinach…7 Cals
IN MAGIC BULLET
1 & 1/2 Scoop Whey Protein…180 Cals
2 & 1/2 TBSP All NAtural PB…238 Cals
1/2 TBSP Coconut Oil…65 Cals
1/2 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder…5 Cals
If my math is correct, we go 545 calories and I feel great! No heavy stomach and Macros hit! All are happy 🙂
