It’s been a good day. Had a nice morning at work, earning my paycheck from 7-1. I love mixing it up and having fun at work as any human does LOL. TO safice my goofy side, this morning as I went to poor my gallon of water into an empty dunkin donuts cup, I got an idea….
After work I went straight to my Back, Trap, and Bicep workout 🙂 Give this routine a shot for a nice PUMP!
3 Sets with 12-15 Reps
Reverse Grip Lat Pulldowns
Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns
Behind Back Smith Machine Shrugs
Incline Seated DB Curls
High Cable Curls
It has been a real long time since I have used the Lat pulldown machine so upon the first two or three sets my back was on FIRE! The lats immediately began filling with blood. This was an awesome feeling. I really enjoyed this workout. High reps FOR THE WIN!
Last night just for fun I was messing around with my photos and made a little collage of my progress since cutting. I am not sure the actual weeks within these photos, but for a recap, I know this. I have been cutting for 10 weeks and the photos read from right to left with the picture on the far left taken last night. I’m not positive what my current weight is just because I really do not refer to the scale that much. I more so base my progress off of the mirror and how I feel.
In other news, Jenna from fitgirlsmartini.com came to me with a proposal. The proposal is in the spirit of Easter and the candy that normally accompanies it, for every piece of sweet I indulge in, I owe 20 burpees. I have not accepted or declined the invitation just yet, rather decided to let you the readers decide for me 🙂 If I can get more then 10 likes or comments on this post, I will suffer this torture LOL. If not, then I will delightfully enjoy all my sweets NO QUESTIONS ASKED :)!
