Happy Friday! Happy Good Friday for that matter and those who celebrate!
My day started this morning at 5:20 AM when I had to get up and start prepping for work. Had my normal breakfast of Egg Whites+Oats, yum yum. Then it was time to follow suit with my schedule. Remember what I always say, prepare to SUCCEED! If you fail to prepare, your preparing to FAIL!
After work I tackled my shoulder and leg workout with a full head of steam. Give this workout a try if your looking for a KILLA burn!
3-4 sets with 12-15 reps
DB Lateral Raises 3×15
Barbell Front Raises 3×15
DB Bentover Lateral Raises 3×15
Leg Extension 4×15
Leg Curl 4×15
Leg Press Calve Raises 3×15
Following this workout and inspired by Lent and no meats on Friday, I busted out a WHAT?! Tuna Melt! :0 For this I used one medium size whole wheat wrap, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1 can Albacore Tuna and a handful of leafy spinach. This was actually really good and a great change from my normal mayhem meals.
At my other gym today is Fran Friday so I am going to take a few hours of rest and recovery and then head off to try and smash my old Fran time! Last time I entered this beastly workout I finished at 3 minutes and 28 seconds so I certainly have my hands full. Let’s see how I do 🙂
