    • You got it! These are super simple! Ingredients: 5 egg whites+1whole egg.
      1 cup Milk.
      1 Cup oats.
      2 tsp Vanilla extract.
      2 scoops protein powder.

      Begin by adding egg whites and whole egg to blender.
      Next add the milk and start blending at the lowest setting.

      While blending, add vanilla extract and cinnamon.

      Next add uncooked oatmeal and turn the dial up to medium-high on blender.

      Lastly add your two scoops protein.

      Simple as that! I loved these they were awesome 🙂
