I’m so excited that it is finally Thursday. I do not have any classes on Friday so it feels great to be done with school for the week. I had a pretty big paper due today that I had been dealing with for awhile so it feels so good to finally get that off my back. I am actually really excited because now I can devote most of my weekend to prepping for my personal trainers exam that occurs the first weekend in April! Can’t wait for that.
Quick food post ofcourse! Had a nice little mid afternoon snack of 90% lean ground beef, 1 cup of broccoli and some baby spinach. I love when red meats are on sale and I can splurge on a little LEAN AND MEAN MEAT!
I love the feeling of having red meat after a few days away from it and just feeling it fill your veins! Not to mention the Chia Seeds I mentioned last post These things have been freaking awesome! I literally just take 1 tbsp straight out of the bag and chomp it down. These little beads absorb water very quickly so they basically expand while I’m chewing and they take me forever to eat haha. This keeps me so full! Love it + the health benefits OFCOURSE!
My training has been getting cut short this week due to the fact that my car is broken down and I have to borrow my Mother’s van and I need to be on her time schedule. Regardless, it has given me a bit of a challenge racing the clock to get my workout done while maintaining weight and form.

BURN! Loved it, great shoulder session. I NEED my traps to grow ASAP! My traps and calves are definitely two of my biggest weak points.
Oh and I had mentioned something about 1 arm pushups in my last post. Post Shoulder workout I was able to do them on my right arm (dominant arm) but not left. In time 🙂
