Hey Everyone, Good afternoon! I hope you are all having an awesome day! It’s snowing like crazy out right now where I live I’ve had enough of this snow! Time for some sun!
So in regards to the “Nearly Lost It,” yesterday I was at work. After a few hours, I decided it was meal time and hit the microwave to warm up my Tupperware. After the minute and thirty second heat wave, I popped out my meal and turned around to SLOWLY FUMBLE! Literally time stood still as I watched my chicken and broccoli enter the air. My heart stopped and I did my best to perform the circus catching act. I was luck to catch the Tupperware and about 97% of the meal, but I did lose some poor chicken ;( . I honestly always imagine dropping my food every time I take it out of the microwave at work. Last night, that imagination became a reality LOL.
Overcoming that, I woke up this morning feeling nice and refreshed! I started my day with my BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS
Ofcourse that means 1 cup of oats, 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar, and 1 cup egg whites (not featured)
Then it was off to SMASH shoulder! My delts were honestly sore from the handstand pushups performed at UT bootcamp on Wednesday but I had to push through.

After that it was off to school. After my first class, it was off to my car to munch down my meal and keep my muscle charged!
I was a little rushed on time packing this meal so I didn’t get to really chop it all up but notice the color? 5 OZ Shredded chicken, 5 OZ YAM, 1 cup broccoli and 1 handful leafy spinach. Chow Town
Tomorrow we got high rep deadlifts which should be fun! Also box jumping tomorrow for height so lets keep our fingers crossed that we can beat my old PR! Improvements daily! Let’s keep after it!
