I hope everything is off to an awesome start! Today started at 4:30 AM for me with ice cold water and Top Secret Nutrition BCAA Hyperblend! Then off to UT Bootcamp!
Today at bootcamp was skill based. We performed a workout centered around technical moves such as Toes to Bar and handstand pushups.
7 Rounds for time
7 Toes To Bar
5 Handstand Pushups
9 Box Jumps (24″/30″)
I completed the 7 rounds in 21 minutes but I was more so excited about the my handstand pushups! I was able to complete all 7 rounds so I did a total of 35 HSPU! I’m getting better at them! All about progression weather big or small!
Following this routine, I was STARVING! After what seemed like 10 seconds of being at the table, I blinked and this is what lay infront of me
AKA the worst possible sight ever! I gobbled down my breakfast in a heartbeat and after about an hour I went back to the gym to tear up my back and biceps!

OUCH! Did I mention that my muscles are CRUSHED from this high rep microcycle!?!?!?!
