I wasn’t able to make a post yesterday so I’m going to play a little catch up first. First on the adgenda is obviously my FRAN time. Got to UT Bootcamp at 4:50AM, went crazy trying to warm up and fighting nervous haha, then kicked off the workout.

3 Minutes and 28 Seconds later, I was done! I was happy with this time, but certainly not satisfied. I dropped almost a minute from my previous Fran, but I know I can do better.

NOPE! Salmon! I was so pumped. Such a nice change of venue and I could feel my body just sucking up its rich nutrients. I woke up this morning feeling awesome and I feel that it has alot to do with the salmon.
