Hey everyone! Good afternoon! I hope you are all having an awesome day thus far 🙂 I just got back from school and figured I would throw up a post with my workout in it incase any of you evening gym go’ers were interested. BOOM Let’s go!
I’m not sure if any of you guys follow me on instagram (IG: JSRESULTS) but yesterday I got a shout out from someone requesting I do some fasted cardio at 5AM LOL. No problem, woke up at 4:30AM, dressed and hydrated and hit the treadmill!
I haven’t done “Standard” cardio in awhile so I was a little hesitant LOL. But I adjusted quickly. Here’s my workout
5 minute warm up/walk 3.5
5 minute jog 7.0
15 HIIT Run consisting of 45 second sprint 1 minute rest (10/3.5)
3 minute jog 7.0
2 minute cool down 3.5
Nice sweat for sure. I do need to start actually running routinely for m Spartan Training soon so I might actually contemplate this 5AM jog scenario on the days when I do not have UT Bootcamp.
Deadlifts Week 3 5/3/1 Training Weight 365
75% 5 Reps 275LB
85% 3 Reps 310LB
95% 1 Rep 350LB BOOM!
Shortcut To Size 3×3-5 Reps
Deadlifts: 270(5) 275(5) 280(5)
Due to a time constraint I had to cut my workout at that but no worries 🙂
Tomorrow morning I will be hitting up the Famous FRAN Crossfit workout so I am extremely excited for that. I made a mistake in my last post mentioning Fran saying I did it in 3 something. From searching back, when we last performed the routine I finished at 4:24. I am aiming to CRUSH that time tomorrow morning! TELL ME I CAN’T! In preparation for Fran, I just cooked up a nice little snacky to hold me over till dinner.
4 OZ Tilapia, 1 Cup Broccoli, and 1 handful leafy spinach with a splash of lemon juice 🙂
