This week on Bodybuilding.com, one of my favorite websites, everything has been directed at Arnold Schwarzenegger and the covenant “Arnold Classic.” With this being said, article upon article has been posted on the website referring back to Arnold and his training days. I have been reading a ton of the articles and just receiving huge inspiration from it. I love it. He preached about the power of the mind and the importance of focus. These factors are definitely something I could improve on an look forward to working on progressing.

Last night, THIS GUY, Mr.Plain when it comes to food, cooked up a little stir fry composed of 1 TBSP Coconut Oil, 4 OZ Shredded Chicken Breast, 1 Cup chopped spinach, 1 handful leafy spinach, and 1 cup broccoli. I’m basically a chef now 🙂
