Good morning everyone! Happy Sunday to you all. I hope you all had a phenomenal Saturday and kept fitness and diet in the back of your mind 🙂 It’s now Sunday morning and its time to recharge the batteries and get ready for an awesome week ahead.
Master the muscle ups on the rings and pull up bars. I want to do this for two main reasons, one: expand my arsenal of exercises and two: they look sick when done correctly!
Conquer the Butterfly Kips. This is in focus of improving A GREAT DEAL of the crossfit WOD.
Improve High Jump. This is for my mental comfort and also so I can win the jump contest at my gym.
Smash Fran Friday. We are doing Fran this Friday at my gym and I want to continue to improve my time.
Double Unders. Be able to perform more consecutively.
For the Long Term
Find a job. This means a real job. I graduate college in 4 months!
Improve/Grow this blog. I love working on this blog and I would love to expand it to more followers.
Finish Top 20 in the Tough Mudder, Spartan Races, and Warrior Dash.
Win Rugged Maniac.
The first two on that list were just me being silly. But it actuality, I have increased my running endurance. I won the Rebel Race. I can now squat and deadlift well over 300 LB. I can easily do kipping pullups along with handstand pushups. I can do a FEW one arm push ups and the human flag and one arm hand stands are pipe dreams LOL.
Overall I am happy.
If you guys don’t already do so, I would suggest that you write down a list of attainable long term and short term goals. What better time then on a Sunday. By writing this down, it will help you stay motivated, hungry, and strive for more in your training and daily routines.
