One thing I’ve been doing lately is timing my workouts. I don’t really know why I started this trend, but I’ve been loving it. Before, I would somewhat take my time in between sets, ponder a round every now and then, and end up spending like 2+ hours in the gym. As we all know time is money! and I certainly do not have money to be wasting. To combat this, and also to crank up intensity during my cut, I have been timing my workout to see how much I can get into an hour workout while keeping the exercises super effective. I feel great doing this! I’ve been keeping my lifts to an hour 15 tops! Today I started my working sets at 8:30 AM and completely my last rep at 9:45 AM. BOOM! Looking good 🙂
Give either of these workouts a try for a good sweat and HOPEFULLY sore muscles LOL. Any questions, always feel free to ask! Have a great day and remember…..WE’RE HEADING TO THE TOP!
