Hey everyone! Whats going on all!? I hope you’ve all had/are having an awesome Tuesday! I just finished up dinner. I didn’t have time to post up this morning so let’s get to work now!
This morning I woke up around 6AM and had my normal preworkout meal of 1 CUP EGG WHITES + 1 CUP LEAFY SPINACH W/ 1 CUP OATS + 1 TBSP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER This is definitely my favorite meal of the day for two reasons. One: I wake up STARVING so breaking the fast feels awesome! And two: because I get to throw my cocoa powder in my oats and it makes me feel like I’m cheating 🙂 (clearly its the small things that count with me LOL)
Today was chest, week 1 in my 5/3/1 training protocol. New cycle, new opportunities. My training weight is now up to 250LB BOOOYAHH Ight let’s get it!

Then it was off for a fun filled day of school. As crazy as it sounds, I finished my gallon of water by 12:30! I’m pretty sure that is the earliest I have ever finished my gallon jug. With that being said, I’m pretty sure I put down almost 2 gallons of water today :0
In between two of my classes I got to run out to my car and scarf down a nice Tupperware delight!
I got a nice little 5 OZ Chicken Breast + 1 cup KALE + 1 Handful Leafy Spinach + 5 OZ YAM! YAM CITY BABY! One of these days I am going to have to eat a Yam at one meal and a sweet potato at the following one to truly taste the difference. I’m still stumped haha
After a few more classes I finally got home at hit up another MUSCLE BUILDING meal!
Here I have 1 CUP KALE + 1 HANDFUL LEAFY SPINACH + 1 CAN ALBACORE TUNA! I really cannot stand the taste of tuna but stirring it into my veggies definitely aided the brutal taste. Also, I had some Waldens Calorie free Ranch dressing which gives it a little flavor as well.
What do you guys think of calorie free Walden’s? Fans, dislike?
