Whatsup everyone! I hope you’re all having an awesome day! I just got home from the grocery store, everyone is prepping for a big storm that is hitting the Mass area tomorrow morning that is expected to last till Saturday night . I hope it just blows over haha. We are expecting 3 feet of snow! Oh well, no excuses play like a champion!
So yesterday I got so pumped! Around 2PM I was starving and feeling like I was about to crash. I opened the fridge and just did NOT feel like chewing down anymore chicken. To my luck, I found some tilapia fillets! This was seriously a gift sent from the heavens haha. I cooked up 7 OZ of this beautiful high protein fish and mixed it with a tiny bit of ground beef we had and threw it all together. I felt like a million bucks after this sitting 🙂
Unfortunately the glorious eating didn’t last to long. This was my lunch in between classes today eaten out of Tupperware. 5 OZ Chicken, 1 cup chopped spinach, 5 OZ Sweet potato, and 1 handful of leafy spinach. No excuses!
SO let’s checkout todays workout. Today was shoulders, deload of my 5/3/1 program. Light weight, high reps has been crushing me this week and I love it. Awesome feeling shocking the muscles hardcore.
