Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great day! I just got in from a field trip for one of my classes 🙂 Got a nice solid dinner in me and now I am ready to crush a great night sleep and bring on tomorrow!
Just before hitting the sheets though, I got some good news to post up for ya! Here’s the chest workout I hit up today. If you happen to be hitting chest tonight or maybe tomorrow, try to incorporate some of these movements. Let me know if you do or if you have any questions
SO as I mentioned earlier, this is week 4 aka deload so all the movements were lighter weights, high reps.
5/3/1 Bench Training weight 245
55% 5 Reps 135
65% 5 Reps 160
75% 5 reps 185
Shortcut to Size 3 sets 12-15 reps

Incline Barbell Bench 85 (15) 135(12) 95(15) I’m still pretty new to incline barbell bench so I’m like way off with my weights on this haha.
Incline Flyes 30(15) x2 35(15)
Cable Crossover 30 (15) 40(15)x2
Tricep Rope Pulldowns 70(15) 80(15) 90(15)
Lying Tricep Ext 15(15)x3
Cable Overhead Ext 50(15) 60(15)x2
Low weight, higher reps = MUSCLE SHOCK!
So I got a personal flip video camera! Now I can make some video logs every now and then which I’m pumped and excited about. If you guys have any ideas or suggestions on anything you’d like me to make a short video log about LET ME KNOW! No limits just throw some ideas out there.
