Goodmorning everyone! I hope you all had a great night full of rest and recovery. Little after 6 AM right now where I live so I’m sure alot of you guys are getting up and getting ready to get after it! Just some words of motivation for today “Don’t Count The Days. Make the Days Count!”
If you guys are starting off your day with a workout, feel free to try the workout we just performed at my UT Bootcamp. The workout is simple yet extremely effective for muscle growth and fat burning. The workout is called “Chief”
3 minutes straight with As Many Rounds As Possible
3 Power Cleans
6 Push Ups
9 Bodyweight Squats
Do this for 3 minutes, then take a 1 minute rest. Repeat this cycle 5 times.
For the Power Cleans, the recommended weight is 135 LB, but you can adjust that to whatever you feel comfortable with. Also, keep track of your overall rounds you complete and get competitive within your self or others performing the workout with you.
I used 135 on the power cleans and busted out 26 rounds. Give this workout your all and SMASH my score please 🙂
