Goodmorning everyone 🙂 I hope you are all having a great morning and have some big things on the horizon for today! My morning started at 4:30 AM when my alarm started pounding telling me to get up for UT Bootcamp. The workout we did today was entitled “Antar” for an individual named Antar who last night mentioned to our trainer that burpees are his least favorite exercise.
NOTE: Never mention what your least favorite exercise is to the trainer who writes up your workouts LOL. For “Antar” we performed 10 rounds for time

Simple and exhausting. This workout took us all about 21ish minutes. Nice way to kick start your morning if you ask me.
I just had my normal breakfast of 1 Cup egg whites with a handful of spinach and 1 cup of oats with 1 TBSP Cocoa powder. Now its time to hydrate and prep for BACK and BICEPS before work!
