Hey everyone. Time to lock and load for a big week ahead! I’m pumped to get up tomorrow and start getting after it! This competition within my gym is going well, the diet is keeping strong, and it SEEMS like it is going to start warming up a little bit in the near future (I hope). With it being Sunday, the reoccurring theme seems to be meal prep so I figured I would shed some light on my Sunday night meal prep as well. BOOMM Let’s go!
This carriage is pretty much the norm for me whenever I hit the store. I have:
POWER Spinach. I put this with every meal.
Green Tea Packets. I put these in my gallon jug of water daily for a few reasons. Main being flavor and antioxidants.
Cliff Bars. I use these in between my classes as a snack right before my cardio smash 🙂
Gallons of Water. Gallons on Gallons on Gallons.
Chicken: Chicken Breast and Tenderloins.
Veggies For Days: Chopped Kale and Broccoli
Not pictured but Oats and Sweet Potatoes are also filling this beauty wagon 🙂
I proceeded to cook up my chicken and ground turkey (Had at store, wasn’t bought tonight) to cover me till probably Wednesday or Thursday if I’m lucky. No one knows plain food and cooking better then this guy! I don’t really do anything fancy with any of my food so when I see many of you other bloggers posting awesome looking nutritious food I am legitimately jealous of you! LOL. It’s my own fault though because I spend as little time as possible within my kitchen.
After I packed my meals for tomorrow I finally got time to sit down and enjoy a little dinner. I ate light tonight just because my family and I had a bit of a larger 3PM meal. I just had a handful of spinach, 1 cup of Kale and a little ground beef. Then it was time for dessert! WAIT WHAT>>>???
Just kidding haha. Just some water with my fish oil tablets 🙂
Well I hope you guys enjoyed my Sunday night meal prep. Remember, proper preparation prevents piss poor performance! If getting in shape was easy, everyone would be fit. Its these nights of tedious meal preparation and contentious eating that separate the fit from the rest. Let’s get after it everyone! Big week coming up! Time to GET AFTER IT!! 🙂
