Goodmorning everyone. It’s a CHILLY morning out here LOL. My thermo’s read 4 degrees outside 😦 . Just had my preworkout meal consisting of 1/2 cup egg whites + 1 Cup Oats + 1 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder+ Cinnamon. I made sure it was nice and hot before I ate it to try and warm my insides.
I was going to hit deadlifts today but after yesterdays UT Bootcamp workout which consisted of 9 rounds of 20 deadlifts (@135 LB) my hamstrings and lower back is FRIED! So instead, I am going to attack my shoulders before I
ice skate drive to school.

Performing As Many Rounds As Possible perform the following:
20 Deadlifts (I used 135, use whatever seems suitable)
30 Butterfly Situps
