Holy Cow! Did I get a wake up call today! This morning, Wednesday January 23 2013. I head in to my normal 5 AM UT session to perform our workout. Now of course, some days the workouts aren’t so tough, and some days they are. Well today, the workout was RUGGED! It’s tough to describe. It wasn’t so much extremely difficult, but it certainly wasn’t easy. It was that perfect middle ground that I call Rugged (For no apparent reason I just feel like calling it that)
Performing As Many Rounds As Possible perform the following:
20 Deadlifts (I used 135, use whatever seems suitable)
30 Butterfly Situps
Lets just say I am wide awake now! That workout has no soft spots LOL. Lot of fun to try for sure. You end up getting really competitive with yourself and pushing harder. I was fortunate enough to complete either 8 & 1/2 rounds or 9 & 1/2 rounds, one of the two.
