    P.S. Your bicep peak is freaking amazing! My bicep is finally starting to heal up, I got some serious catching up to do!

    • Haha I need to attend flight school to get up there! Lol. And thanks I appreciate it! I think alot has to do with a ton of pullups and chin ups. Love those compound movements 🙂

      • Yeah that will do it! The crazy thing about my bicep injury has been things like pullups and lat pulldowns and all the compound movements have been what I absolutely haven’t been able to do. Lighter curls and stuff I can do. It’s really more the tendon than that bicep itself.
