Goodmorning everyone! Whats going on!? Happy Friday to you all! I hope you’ve been crushing it this week! I know I’ve been on a little bit of a roller coaster this week with my elbow, but were PUSHING THROUGH!
This morning I went to my normal UT Bootcamp and it was AWESOME. We did a workout called “Fight Gone Bad.” IF any of you afre looking for a fast efficient workout, try this out for size. The way the workout works is 5 exercises, you perform each exercise for 1 minutes before switching to the next movement. After you perform all 5 exercises you have 1 minute break. You tally your scores each round for a grand total. The entire workout is only 17 minutes long. So simple enough right?
Wall Ball Throws w/25 Pound Bosu Ball
Box Jumps w/ 24″
Overhead Barbell Press w/75 LB
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls w/75 LB
WALLAH! Simple as pie. 3 rounds, 1 minute each exercise, 1 minute rest following the 5 exercises. After the 3 rounds, I totaled 372 reps 🙂
Give this a go and SMASH my score!
Just had my post UT/Pre workout breakfast of 6 Egg WHites+1 Handful Leafy Spinach with 1 Cup Raw Oats. Next up…..DEADLIFTS!
I should also something I said awhile back. In a much earlier post I reported to taking a new Product called “Cardio Igniter” from Top Secret Nutrition. I promised a review, so let’s do work!
Where do I begin. This product is a life savor 🙂 5 AM UT is wayyy to early to try and get up and eat something. My normal routine goes as such. Wake up at 4:30 AM, slowly sip on ice cold water to hydrate and wake my body up. The around 4:50 I will thrown one scoop of this into a shaker cup and gulp it down. It taste good. I have fruit punch. The beta-alanine in it provides even more of that wake up feeling also. What’s great about this product is it’s not like a huge crash of energy dumped on you. You get a nice progressive flow of sustained energy to power you through a solid cardio bout. Great profile for what it’s designed for and a great price per serving as well.
