Goodmorning everyone, Happy Wednesday. I awoke this morning to the snow falling mildly heavy so I’m far from thrilled. I’m not a huge advocate of snow so I’m hoping this snowfall stops soon. Regardless, we’re making today count!
Today starts my first day of taking off from my upper body. Normally on Wednesday I would hit back with an assault from the pull up bar. Unfortunately today, no such assault will occur . Rather then sit home and do nothing, Today I will go to my second gym that is equipped with mucho leg machines and I will have a field day with those. This at least will keep my mind and my muscles stimulated. I’m thinking that if my elbow feels good come Saturday or Sunday, maybe I will be able to do a light full upper body workout to get things back on track. That would be sweet! We will see.
As you can see, Diet’s still going well! This is me chowing down on some sweet potatoes and veggies while my brother is gobling up a bagel. YES! Success LOL. The worst is at dinner when my family is eating pasta or sub sandwiches and I’m stuck there with chicken or turkey or any other various lean protein. Oh well, it will all be worth it down the road.
