  1. I don’t squat heavy things like you (heavy for me, but not lately) BUT I did do a work out yesterday that was 10 rounds of squats, pull ups, and sit ups and muscled out 200 squats! I thought you would be proud!

      • I am not even close to as sore as I was hoping honestly. I should have used a weighted bar. It appears as though some one is getting a little stronger!
