Week one of the competition is almost complete! Day 5 of 168 is underway. We had a beastly UT training session this morning. I loved it. TO perform, complete the exercise before moving onto the next event. The entire workout is for time.

This is week 1 of my new deadlifting cycle which I am pumped about. I’m up to 360 for training weight! I’m about to go hit it so LET’S KEEP ROCKING!
