Goodmorning everyone! Just got back from UT Bootcamp. Awesome muscle building cardio workout! Give this workout a try this morning. Very simple and clean cut routine that can be performed almost anywhere in just 20 minutes. Just make sure you bring a towel!
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
5 Pullup (or kips or chins)
