Hey everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Time to start ampping up for an awesome week ahead!
So the competition at my local gym gets underway in T-minus 12 hours. As the time nears, I feel myself getting more and more excited for this event. As I have said in earlier blogs, alot of people in this competition are focusing on losing weight. If they drop 30-40 pounds, thats going to make there transformation like tremendous. For me, I’m sitting at 185, I’m not going to drop a ton of weight. How am I going to make a huge transformation like that?? The way I see it, that’s what inspires me. Thats what motivates me. This is my positive energy! I have the least to lose and THE MOST TO GAIN! 24 weeks, 168 short days. As I sit here right now, knowing that this competition takes full flight tomorrow at 5AM, I’m ready mentally and physically to take it to the next level! I’m ready to train HARDER and diet HARDER! I seriously can’t wait! I’m coming for that number 1 spot!
168 days. 168 days to push myself harder then I ever have and take my physique to the next level! It all starts with legs tomorrow! Building from the ground up! Get ready, its going to be an awesome ride!
