So Sunday Funday is in the books! My buddy Sternzy and I banged out this workout this morning and it was awesome! At first we went to the local high school track to smash this workout but when we arrived there…..the track was buried with snow 😦 No worries! We hit my gym to get after this monster
I workout by myself like 98% of the time, but when I do workout with someone, its almost always Sternzy and I love it because we really like to get after it. He loves the whole “Physical Dominance” campaign that Im totally into so we try to beast as much things as possible in as little time as possible. Enough with the talk though, lets take a look at the work
We did the entire circuit in about 18 minutes. At the start everything was pretty simple and easy. We did include the burpees I must add. Once you hit about the 5’s things start getting pretty tough because there is barely any rest time between the sprint and BW movements. By the last round we were dripping sweat LOL. Awesome workout though overall.
After that we still had some gas in the tank so we got a little creative. First we climbed the rope attached to the ceiling a few times just for good measure. After that we paired up another circuit.
Here we did the same format, 10-9-8 down to 0. This time we did
10 Pullups (regular bar) with 10 box jumps.
9 Fat grip Pullups with 9 box Jumps
8 RIng Pullups with 8 box jumps
7 Pullups (regular Bar) with 7 box jumps
Repeat down to 0.
