Whatsup everyone! I know Sunday is a huge off day for society BUT if anyone is like me and can’t stand rest days, you might be interested in this routine. TOmorrowo morning I am going to take a day off from the weights and perform some active rest with this little circuit I just drew up for tomorrow at my high school track. Try it out if you’d like:
2-4 lap warm up
… 10 Pullups
Continue to descend till 0
Finish with 1-2 mile cool down
Insert Burpees in routine if man enough!
