So I just got back from my arm routine. I only hit my arms on Saturdays and devote the week more on larger muscle groups and compound lifts, so when Saturday comes, IM ALL ABOUT THE VANITY! As I mentioned yesterday I was using a routine giving to me from “WorkoutRoutine” on Instagram. I must say, this routine had me PUMP! So much blood accumulating in my arms I thought they were going to explode! It was awesome. If you guys are training arms today, for sure give this routine a try! You won’t be dissappointed! For my post workout meal, I had my normal whole eggs and oatmeal, but today I switched my normal Blueberry Chobani yogurt to Pear flavored Chobani. This was my first time ever trying this flavor and it was awesome! Such a sweet flavor to it! Mixed in with my oatmeal, I was on cloud 9! So tasty. Loaded with protein and quality sugars, Chobani is a great post workout meal additive.
On a side note, I figured with the contest beginning on Sunday, I should take some before shots to see for myself and for you guys to see the transformation (hopefully LOL). Thankfully, I was bored yesterday and had a little photoshoot for myself in my bathroom. So these are the before shots, lets see how I look in 24 weeks! 🙂 ENJOY!
