Goodmorning Fitness world! Just got back from UT Bootcamp and got some great ideas for some morning cardio. If your looking to sweat like crazy and leave huffing and puffing….this routine is for you!
Ball Slams x30
BW Squats x30
Lunges x15 (each leg)
Box Jump x30
Kettle Bell Swings x30
You can break these down into any order you’d like, just make sure you finish the 30 reps before moving on. After you finish the whole circuit, you then do the list again at 20 reps (10 a leg on lunges). After that, 10 reps (5 a let on lunges)
