Good afternoon everyone. So I just got back from my afternoon workout. It’s week 4 on Deadlifts so the lifts were pretty light so I had to throw in some movements to spice things up. If you happen to be hitting deadlifts today, give this routine a try and let me know what you think!
50% 5 reps 180 LB
60% 5 reps 215 LB
70% 5 reps 250 LB
Next week I bump my deadlift weight up to 360 so I am pumped!! 🙂
Following that I box jumped and FINALLY hit 54″. Need to get that up to 60″!!
1 Rep Deadlift w/ 275 LB 30 seconds rest for 10 reps
3×12 Deads w/205
3 rounds for time
50 Back Ext
50 Butterfly situps
-total time 23:57
