    • Yes I start with 5/3/1 military and then ill follow that with overhead db presses to really exhaust my shoulders. Then I’ll start flyes. I’ll search you on instagram right now

  3. I do 2 warmup sets then jump to 80-85% max press
    So instead of doing:

    Week 3 5/3/1 Max Weight 240
    75% for 5 reps 180 LB
    85% for 3 reps 205 LB
95% for 1+ reps 230 LB (Hit 3 reps with ZERO spot) YES!

    Incline bench press:
I do a warm up set or 2 with 225lbs (Depends how stretched I feel) then I jump to 385 incline press for 2 sets then i’ll dropset down to 135lbs

The science behind that is if I do a bunch of sets before I get to 85% max i’m already too tired to lift it and my weight suffers. So i warm up then jump up!

    • Interesting. Thats a crazy ton weight man awesome job. I’m really trying to build up my bench, thats my lacking compound lift. I’ll give this a shot next time hit chest. Thanks!

  4. After I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked
on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is
added I get four emails with the exact same comment.

Perhaps there is an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
    Kudos!

    • I believe your going to have to go to the tab on your dashboard under “Blogs I Follow” from there your going to have to uncheck my name from the Notify me when new comments are added box. Let me know if that works!

  5. I’m truly enjoying the design and layout of your site. It’s a very easy on
the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for me to come here and visit more often.
Did you hire out a designer to create your theme?
    Great work!

  6. This is a comment to the admin. I discovered your “Happy New Years! | JSResults's Blog” page via Google but it was hard to find as you were not on the front page of search results. I know you could have more traffic to your website. I have found a website which offers to dramatically increase your rankings and traffic to your website: http://seoaccelerator.net/order/ I managed to get close to 1000 visitors/day using their services, you could also get lot more targeted traffic from search engines than you have now. Their service brought significantly more visitors to my site. I hope this helps, happy new year!
